FitDeck Vertical Jump
DESCRIPTION:
An athlete's vertical jump is highly correlated with his/her overall success in sport. Particularly for "jumping-intensive" sports (e.g. basketball, volleyball, football), elevation-off-the-floor is critical.
This FitDeck puts individuals through a grueling program of leaping, sprinting, and explosiveness drills that will dramatically improve his/her vertical jump. Even 2" of extra height is significant.
