Shipping & Returns

Order Processing & Shipping Policies

1. Your Order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 Business days of order receipt, certain items may take longer to be shipped due to limited quantitites or delays from our suppliers. You will be notified of such delay.

2. You will be notified via email when your order ships with a tracking number, if available.

3. All orders are subject 13% HST.

4. Most our products are shipped via Canada Post. Larger items and oversized items are generally shipped via UPS, and require higher shipping rates to be quoted . We are not responsible for any delays in shipping . Customer is responsible for payment of duties and /or taxes on all international orders

5. Shipping information cannot be changed once your order has been submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience.

6. Oversized package charges are in addition to regular shipping charges.

7. Carrier fuel surcharges are in addition to listed shipping costs. Due to fluctuating fuel charges, shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

Return Policies
 
1. All merchandise must be in original condition that is suitable for resale (not worn, unwashed, unaltered or unsoiled) may be returned for exchange or a full credit within 14 days of purchase.

2. Excluding opened jocks, groin protectors, mouth guards, videos, yoga and exercise mats, DVDs and CDs

3. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the original bag or packaging for even exchange or full credit.

4. If new merchandise, suitable for resale is returned within 14 days of purchase the customer will receive full credit for Merchandise value only. After 14 days goods may not be accepted, refunded or credited. No returns are accepted, refunded or credited on custom or discontinued or clearance products.

5. All merchandise being returned for exchange or credit must be returned prepaid in the original packaging in resale condition.

6. Once the original package is opened, videos, DVDs and CDs cannot be returned. If your Video, DVD or CD proves to be defective, please contact us for a solution           

7. Putting labels on or otherwise damaging or allowing damage to occur to the packaging will result in forfeiture of refund or replacement for that item.

10. Please enclose a copy of your invoice as well as a note stating whether you would like a store credit or a replacement. If you would like a replacement, please note exactly what size, color and item you would like as a replacement.

At your request and upon receipt of the returned items within the specified timeframe, we will:

1. Exchange the merchandise for the same or another item. shipping and handling charges are not refundable
2. Issue you a store Credit Certificate for the purchase price of the merchandise only.
3. We are not responsible for shipping charges on exchanges or returns. It is recommended that you insure the package, and ship requiring a signature upon receipt. We recommend that you follow up with our Customer Service Department about a week after you ship the merchandise back to confirm that it has been received
4. We recommend for your protection that you do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage, and keep the original shipping carton.

On your first exchange, we will waive additional shipping back to you (this can be more then one item but sent back together). Heavy or larger items may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Additional returns on the same order may be subject to shipping charges. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for exchanges or credits. Credit will be for merchandise only.
